You do not have to complete any forms to use our Site and the information made available on our Site. You have the ability through this Site and (if applicable) our mobile apps to register as an “End User” which will allow you to connect to our platform (the “Platform”) through which you may access and use the Services, as described below. When you register as an End User, you will be provided copies of the agreements that apply to your selected Services, which may include, without limitation, our End User License Agreement (“EULA”), Privacy Policy, if applicable to you, our Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”), and such other agreements as may apply to the Services you select (collectively, the “Services Agreements”). VITL or our licensors own all content and materials published on the Site (“Site Content”) and all associated intellectual property rights. Our name, logo, and trademarks and the Site Content are all protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our name, logo, trademarks, or Site Content, or any underlying software or source code without our prior written consent unless expressly provided in these Terms.
You may download extracts of Site Content for your personal reference or as necessary for your medical practice, but not for any other use. You must keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices on the Site Content you download.
Our Site Content is not intended to be used or interpreted as medical advice, and you should not rely on the timeliness, accuracy, or veracity of the Site Content. The Site is not offered or guaranteed as the best means for reaching your provider in a medical emergency. YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE REMEDIES STATED FOR YOU IN THESE TERMS ARE EXCLUSIVE AND ARE LIMITED TO THOSE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED FOR HEREIN.
